About Sleep Sanity
Sleep Sanity is a baby sleep tracker built for parents who are too tired for forms. Every event is one big button: put down, asleep, night wake, feed, wake up. Each night gets a sleep score from 0 to 100 built from night sleep, longest stretch, wakes and crying time, with a 7 and 14 day trend so parents can see progress they cannot feel yet. A gentle, age based plan with graduated check-ins tells parents what tonight looks like, and household sync lets both parents see the same logs about a second apart. It works fully offline with no account, and it has no ads, no tracking and no data sales.
