Deleting your account deletes your data. In the app: Settings, then Sync, then Delete account. If you cannot get into the app, email [email protected] from the address you signed in with.
Sleep Sanity ("Sleep Sanity: Baby Tracker", by Andrew Rhodes) lets you permanently delete your account and its data at any time, directly in the app.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Sleep Sanity and go to the Settings tab.
- Scroll to the Sync section and find Delete account.
- Tap Delete account… and confirm both prompts.
This permanently deletes your account, all sleep, nap, and feed logs, your baby profiles, and any household that has no other members, and removes the data stored on the device. It cannot be undone.
Or request deletion by email
If you can no longer access the app, email [email protected] from the address you used to sign in and ask for your account to be deleted. We complete emailed requests within 30 days.
What is deleted, and what is kept
- Deleted: your account (email address), all sleep/nap/feed logs, baby profiles (name and birthdate), reminder subscriptions, and any household with no remaining members.
- Kept: nothing. If another caregiver remains in your household, the household and its shared logs remain with them; only your account and membership are removed.
- No additional retention period applies beyond standard encrypted backups, which expire automatically.
